David has tenaciously represented the manufacturing sector in Pennsylvania for the last 26 years. As a tireless advocate for business competitiveness, just some of his many accomplishments include championing the Mariner East 2 pipeline, the Shell Polymers project in Beaver County, and the enactment of a manufacturing resource tax credit that is attracting a $6 billion investment in Northeast PA.
